The PokerListings Daily 3-Bet is a dream within the dream that is the mid-afternoon poker news world.

In today’s Daily 3-Bet we’ll take a look at a facial recognition company that can allegedly identify poker pros, some revealing numbers about Soulja Boy’s World Poker Fund Deal and your last chance to pick a $1m-winning Super High Roller Bowl lineup.
1) Faception Identifies Poker Pros
For years software developers have been working on advanced facial recognition in an effort to create a killer app in the space.
Well, Tel Aviv-based facial profiling company Faception claims it has come up with technology that can help identify certain personality types such as, “extroverts, high IQ, individuals, terrorists and professional poker players.”
Now that’s incredibly creepy in a Minority Report-kinda way, not to mention potentially racist.
Faception is hoping to provide this technology to customers:
Ultimately, we can score facial images on a set of classifiers and provide our clients with a better understanding of their customers, the people in front of them or in front of their cameras.
We have our doubts on this one.
2) Soulja Boy’s $400m WPF Deal Worth $1m Cash
So when it was announced that Soulja Boy had signed a $400m deal with the enigmatic World Poker Fund there was some serious eyebrow raising.
Poker pundits were wondering: 1. What is the World Poker Fund? 2. How does it have $400m to throw Soulja Boy’s way?
As you might expect there are already numerous media outlets contesting the deal.
The Digital Music News for one says that the sponsorship deal has been greatly exaggerated and is only worth $1m in cash.
Apparently a source reached out to DMN and told them that $400m represents the maximum amount that could be made over a five-year period.
Considering the World Poker Fund had $400,000 in losses last year it seems hard to imagine it could ever come up with the $400m required to pay Soulja Boy.
Of course we’re still waiting on a proper explanation of the World Poker Fund’s business model. Anyone?
3) Negreanu, Hellmuth Pick Poker Central Lineups
It’s your last chance to get in on the Poker Central $1m freeroll.
Anyone who picks the final seven in the correct finishing order for the Super High Roller Bowl gets a shot at $1m, no strings attached.
Poker superstars Daniel Negreanu and Phil Hellmuth both made their picks earlier this week and to no one’s surprise they picked themselves to win the entire thing.
You can say one thing about poker pros: They’re confident.
